Responsibilities and Duties

• Will be responsible for maintaining and cataloging the microbial strains being used in the industry to set-up an in-house culture bank.
• Will be responsible for providing viable culture inoculum to production as and when required.
• Will be responsible for improving the strain characteristic with respect to industrial application.
• Will be planning, experimental design and timely execution as per Gantt chart
• scale up support and technology transfer.
• Will be responsible for phylogenic analysis and review.
• Will be responsible for safety assesment.
• Compilation of stability data.
• Report verification.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for smooth functioning of all the utility equipment's, lab Equipment's & Lab instruments.
• Responsible to provide uninterrupted utilities for lab throughout out the day.
• Responsible for all type of maintenance like preventive, predictive, scheduled and breakdown maintenance.
• Responsible for updating of equipment history cards.
• Responsible to ensure that required essential spares are available.
• Responsible for ensuring oiling and greasing of all moving machinery as per schedule.
• Responsible for performing electrical & mechanical maintenance with all safety aspects.
• Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the daily Power consumption data.
• Responsible to implement the 6S & Kaizen.
• Responsible for internal external calibration, validation & annual inspections of equipment’s.

• Work planning and distribution to team members in a clear form.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sampling plan, Validation plan and/or qualification plan.

Responsibilities and Duties 1.     Co-ordinate for Sales orders – Manage and co-ordinate all sales order ensuring co-ordination of timely procurement of materials and supplies necessary for production.
2.     to co-ordinate with production team on formulation, ensuring accuracy and adherence of formulation specifications.
3.     Coordinate with sales and production team to facilitate the packing of the products according to customer specific requirements.
4.     Must coordinate with production team and give product readiness dates along with dispatch dates.  Must be able to understand the customer need   from the sales person and accordingly coordinate with production to meet the deadlines
5.     Verify ongoing packing process with standards and specifications.
6.     Maintain master record of all the packing and labelling for different products, customers, and markets.
