Responsibilities and Duties

1. Operation of both Upstream and Downstream process as per the batch plan
2. In-Process sampling and coordination with respective laboratories for results.
3. Assisting shift incharge for Production activities in Shifts
4. Perform assigned work on daily basis and report in clear manner
5. Maintain RM & consumables stock in coordination with Stores to avoid any Production delays
6. Arrange requisite resources for planned tasks and targets for the day
7. Supervising proper housekeeping of Production area

Job Overview

• Inoculum Preparation
• Inoculation

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for aseptic inoculum preparation, transfer, sampling and sterility. Timely release of fermentation inoculum.
• Perform Periodic monitoring of facility (Settle plate, Swabs, Samplings, etc).
• Timely analysis, reporting to the Shift In charge during Production.
• Logical expression of plates, reporting and support to Production.
• Ensure that Culture is properly handled and maintained prior and post usage.
• Maintain all lab equipment in working condition and calibrated as per frequency.
• Maintaining proper housekeeping of the Production laboratory. Maintain it clean and contamination free.
• Ensure that Plant entry Log is maintained.
• Keep all records related to regulatory compliance updated.
• Training of technicians and workers to perform given tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work planning and distribution to team members in a clear form.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sampling plan, Validation plan and/or qualification plan.
• Prepare and implement stability plan for all products.
• Management of resources on daily basis.
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of instruments and facilities.
• Ensure Good Laboratory Practices are followed in the lab.
• Daily Reporting and release of Raw materials and finished goods.
• Co-ordination with warehouse for timely dispatch of pre-shipment and final shipment.
• Co-ordination with production to ensure batch schedule is executed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that periodic calibration and qualification of key equipment and instruments is completed.
• Co-ordination with QA for timely implementation of QMS and periodic Audits internal as well as extern

Responsibilities and Duties

1. To exercise document and data control in the departments.
2. Review of BPRs, analytical document, in-process data, and Batch release.
3. Investigate customer complaint and Non-conformance issues.
4. Co-ordinate and execute all calibration and validation activities associated with QA, QC, Production etc.
5. Maintain documentation as per GMP, preparation, review and approval of SOP’s and related documents.
6. Handling QMS Documents, i,e Change control, Deviation,CAPA, Market complaint,Investigation of failures etc.
7. Vendor evealuation, review of BMR's, ECR's, euaipment qualifiation, Validation protocols and reports.
8. Shop floor exposure and knowledge of fermantation process.
9. Knowledge and experience of  regulatory/ certification audit i,e ISO, FAMI-QS, FSSC, Koshar, Halal etc.
