Responsibilities and Duties

1. Operation of both Upstream and Downstream process as per the batch plan
2. In-Process sampling and coordination with respective laboratories for results.
3. Assisting shift incharge for Production activities in Shifts
4. Perform assigned work on daily basis and report in clear manner
5. Maintain RM & consumables stock in coordination with Stores to avoid any Production delays
6. Arrange requisite resources for planned tasks and targets for the day
7. Supervising proper housekeeping of Production area

Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for aseptic inoculum preparation, transfer, sampling and sterility. Timely release of fermentation inoculum.
• Perform Periodic monitoring of facility (Settle plate, Swabs, Samplings, etc).
• Timely analysis, reporting to the Shift In charge during Production.
• Logical expression of plates, reporting and support to Production.
• Ensure that Culture is properly handled and maintained prior and post usage.
• Maintain all lab equipment in working condition and calibrated as per frequency.
• Maintaining proper housekeeping of the Production laboratory. Maintain it clean and contamination free.
• Ensure that Plant entry Log is maintained.

Job Overview We are seeking a Formulation Executive to support the development and scale-up of Neutraceutical formulation. The role involves hands-on formulation work in both oil- and powder-based dosage forms, along with responsibilities for encapsulation development. The candidate will play a key role in laboratory formulations then later into commercial production. Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in the formulation development of Neutraceutical in oil suspensions, emulsions, and powder blends.
• Conduct trials for stability, solubility, and bioavailability optimization.
• Work with encapsulation to improve stability and delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation: batch manufacturing records, SOPs, formulation reports.
• Coordinate with technical expert, analytical teams, and production for scale-up and technology transfer.
• Support in selection of excipients, carriers, and packaging materials suitable for the formulations.
• Maintain compliance with Indian pharmacopeia, FSSAI, and international nutraceutical regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper GMP practices are followed during formulation trials.
