Responsibilities and Duties
  • Planning and execution of R&D activities related to biofertilizers,  biostimulant and biopesticide innovative formulations.
  • Product analysis as per CIB and FCO specifications & oversee the work of team.
  • Planning and execution of R&D assays and experiments. Expert in taking trial observations and statistical data analysis.
  • SOP preparation, Data management & report making for day to day work.
  • Plan and overview fermentation process for biopesticides.
  • Other allied microbiological work.
Soft Skills Good communication & leadership skills.
Specific Skills
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in microbial product development.
  • Should work independently and with team to accomplish the deliverables.
  • Prior experience on solid state fermentation
  • Excellent microbial techniques & practices.
  • Leadership qualities and team handling
  • Expert at data compiling and report making.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Planning and execution of R&D activities related to microbial products for bio-agricultural applications.
  • Formulation development in accordance with regulatory specifications
  • Product analysis for total viable cell count, spore count
  • Plan and overview fermentation process for biopesticides.
  • Planning and execution of R&D assays, experiments and pot trial / field trial protocols. Expert in taking bioefficacy trial observations and statistical data analysis.
  • SOP preparation, Data management & report making for day to day work.
  • Other allied microbiological work.
