EXPORT-IMPORT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities and Duties ·  Document Management: File documents according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and scan documents to create a comprehensive digital database.
·  Sample Handling: Manage the booking of sample shipments with FedEx, monitor the status of outgoing samples, and follow up with FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Keep track of incoming samples.
·  Shipment Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to facilitate smooth shipment transactions.
·  Support EXIM Activities: Assist senior team members with various export-import activities and support in negotiating rates with freight forwarders.
·  Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all shipments and regularly update internal databases.
Soft Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Specific Skills experience in export-import operations
Experience 3-5 years experience
Education Qualification Any Bachelor’s degree and Course in import export is must
