Job Overview
Technical Manager will provide technical assistance to customers by helping them in achieving their goals while representing the company interest and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams and contributing to product and service improvements.
Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for managing sales activities like technical support to sales team, customer enquiries, performance assessment, identifying challenges, trials.

Establish and maintain a solid relationship with technical decision maker and production team (plant manager / quality control)

Coordinate with clients to set the schedule for pretrial assessments, trial program (TP), and client service visits

Conduct, monitor, analyze, and report field trials with current products, alone or in collaboration with regional consultants.

Ensure that related client and distributor personnel are trained and knowledgeable about Zytex products and application procedures as required.

Ensure client information is properly documented and saved.

Monitor and report to the management on competition (product and performance, SWOT, activity and marketing)

Maintain Zytex product information and updates in database

Remain UpToDate on all Zytex internal product developments

Publishing technical updates and articles in magazines which address the current and upcoming challenges

Training to sales team periodically on products and new trial outcomes.

Relationship with universities and setting up for analysis support like gut histopathology
