Job Overview Responsible for strategizing, generating, and growing business in Kolkata and nearby textile markets for Mill Sector
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Creating and executing sales plans in alignment with sales target
  • Report to RSM on sales results and requirements
  • Prepare and review the annual sales budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyse market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Product promotion and demonstration to customers
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions to customers.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Work synergistically with dealers to produce brilliant results.
  • Find new dealers.
  • Propose dealer-wise customer allocation.
 
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
 
Specific Skills Knowledge of customers and dealers in that area
Experience Work experience of min 8 -10 years in Sales in the same area
Education Qualification
  • Previous experience in fabric processing / Auxiliary Sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of customers and dealers in that area
