Job Overview Responsible for generating sales in Tirupur and Nearby markets
Responsible for strategizing, generating, and growing business in Tirupur and nearby textile markets for Mill Sector Responsibilities and Duties

Creating and executing sales plans in alignment with sales target Report to RSM on sales results and requirements Prepare and review the annual sales budget for the area of responsibility Analyse market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Product promotion and demonstration to customers Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions to customers. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. Work synergistically with dealers to produce brilliant results. Find new dealers. Propose dealer-wise customer allocation.

Job Overview

• Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D within the silicones and textile finishing products.
• Proven experience in the development of silicone-based products, including micro-amino, macro and blocked silicone based products.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, from concept to commercialization.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly formulations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Define the R&D strategy for silicones and finishing products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
2. Design product development route maps and execute it
3. Evaluate new raw materials, additives, and technologies that can enhance silicones and finishing product performance
4. Provide support to scale up from Lab to bulk production.
5. Study competitor products and develop or suggest from existing product range
6. Make Product literature and guide in making promotional literatures and swatches
7. Monitor and report on R&D performance, ensuring project timelines and milestones are met.
8. Work closely with Sales Team to identify market needs and customer requirements for silicones and finishing products.
9. Provide technical expertise to support customer-facing teams in presenting new products and technologies.

• Expertise in silicone chemistry, polymer processing, and finishing applications.

Education Qualification Should have knowledge of Silicone emulsification and finishing products for textiles.

• Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in Polymer Science, or Chemistry or related field.
• Specialization in silicone chemistry and Textile finishing is a plus.

1. Thorough knowledge in basic organic chemistry (Basic need)                                                                 
2. To carry out experiments (syntheses & formulations) as per the guidelines given by seniors.
3. To carry out physical and analytical tests as per the requirement of specific products / projects.
3. To maintain records / log books of all experiments and analytical results.                                       
4. To prepare technical reports (monthly) for submitting to seniors.                                                         
5. Should have knowledge in general safety rules and precautions in a chemical laboratory Soft Skills

Specific Skills
