Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to handle and grow corporate client relationships within the textile segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile processing, product applications, and B2B sales. This role focuses on managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing business with corporate clients in the textile industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development

Identify and pursue new corporate clients and business opportunities.

Promote and position company products and solutions to meet client-specific needs.
2. Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the textile sector.

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Understand client processes and provide technical advice on auxiliary applications.
3. Technical & Commercial Coordination

Work closely with R&D and technical teams to recommend suitable products for client processes (e.g., pretreatment, dyeing, finishing).

Provide support during product trials, performance evaluations, and troubleshooting.
4. Strategic Account Planning

Develop and execute account development plans to achieve sales and growth targets.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client feedback summaries.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to create effective sales strategies.
5. Negotiation & Contract Management

Lead negotiations for pricing, contract terms, and supply agreements.

Ensure timely renewals and compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Requirements:

Education: B. Tech / B. Sc in Textile Chemistry or Diploma in Textile Chemistry.

Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience with 5 to 10 year experience in Corporate or Key client management, or business development, preferably in textile chemicals sector.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of textile auxiliary chemicals and applications in textile processing.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
