TECHNICAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (CRAFT AND COMMERCIAL BREWERIES)

Job Overview
  • Visit microbreweries and commercial breweries to meet head brewer, Director and key decision maker to generate sales of Lallemand brewing / Ab Vickers / IOC additives required for beer / cider brewing.
  • Trails / collaboration brews with brewing community.
  • Understand customers need properly.
  • Other tasks as directed.
Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Sales -

    2. Customer Management - 

    A. Identification of new customers for untapped markets and sales generation from new customers.

    B. Business generation in key potential account.

    3. PROMOTION / INNOVATION -

IMPORT- EXPORT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Purchase Orders Management- preparing & sending purchase order on time.
  2. Complete Process – for Import and Export consignment – Prepare all documents and efficiently follow all the procedures
  3. Freight Forwarding: Get quotes on freight, coordinating with freight forwarders and ensure timely shipment for both export and import
  4. Customs: Coordinating with clearing agents and knowing all custom formalities and procedures
  5. Import  & Export Payments- preparing import payment docs. follow up with concern people. Follow up on Export payments.
  6. Bank Formalities: Should have all knowledge on bank formalities and documentation.  Including BRC,  LC etc.
  7. Timely &  Smooth Shipment Execution- checking & deciding better options for non-commercial (sample) & commercial air shipments. planning & executing timely & smooth
  8. Data Management & Filing- entering proper & easy to access data /records of purchase orders ,shipment data , invoices, payments etc.
 
Soft Skills Excel, Word and good communication skills
Specific Skills complete knowledge of import and export documentations

Education Qualification  Any graduate/post graduate/ (Diploma in import- export will be preferred or short-term course)
