We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Data Analyst cum Sales Coordinator. This dual-role position requires someone who can manage, analyze, and interpret sales data to support business decisions while also coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to support both sales and strategic planning.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
Collect, organize, and analyse sales data from multiple sources (distributors, retail partners, internal systems).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance, trends, and deviations.
Provide insights on product performance, market trends, and customer behaviour.
Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning based on historical data.
Prepare dashboards and visualizations for management review.
Sales Coordination:
Support the sales team with order processing, tracking, and fulfilment.
Coordinate with distributors, logistics teams, and warehouse for timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Follow up with clients for pending orders, payments, and documentation.
Assist in planning and executing trade promotions, schemes, and offers.
Help onboard new clients and distributors with documentation and system entries.

Education Qualification
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of ERP systems or CRM software is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
