Responsibilities and Duties

Purchase Orders Management- preparing & sending purchase order on time.

Complete Process – for Import and Export consignment – Prepare all documents and efficiently follow all the procedures

Freight Forwarding: Get quotes on freight, coordinating with freight forwarders and ensure timely shipment for both export and import

Customs: Coordinating with clearing agents and knowing all custom formalities and procedures

Import & Export Payments- preparing import payment docs. follow up with concern people. Follow up on Export payments.

Bank Formalities: Should have all knowledge on bank formalities and documentation. Including BRC, LC etc.

Timely & Smooth Shipment Execution- checking & deciding better options for non-commercial (sample) & commercial air shipments. planning & executing timely & smooth

Data Management & Filing- entering proper & easy to access data /records of purchase orders ,shipment data , invoices, payments etc.

Education Qualification
Any graduate/post graduate/ (Diploma in import- export will be preferred or short-term course)
